As you know I love to hunt! So it was wasn't too far a stretch to become an outdoor writer with a specialty in hunting and other conservation topics.
I started as the outdoors editor for what was the largest family owned paper in the Bay Area and then branched out to writing for magazines such as "Game and Fish" and then to reach the point right now where I prefer to write books and do speaking engagements with such shows as ISE and O'Loughlin.
