| From 1968 to 1977 I lived in Southeast Asia, and then moved to California where I lived with my family from 1977 until my graduation from high school in 1982. Instilled with the wander lust from living as an American ex-patriate, I leaped to the profession that would keep me rolling like a stone and arrived back in Southeast Asia in 1983, with no journalistic training, a couple cameras and a dream.
